| HOW TO MEASURE YOUR POOL OR PATIO 1. Use a tape measure to find the length and width of your patio or pool deck. 2. SQUARE FEET is found by Multiplying the LENGTH x WIDTH of an Area. EXAMPLE: Length = 30 feet Width = 10 feet Total Square Feet = 300 square feet To measure Irregular Shapes such as a pool deck: 1. Use the same method as above except measure small areas of the pool deck at a time. 2. Add all the total square feet of each smaller area to find the GRAND TOTAL square feet of your pool deck. Remember to also measure the vertical edge of the pool as well. |

Finally the texture coat and paint are also included. Grinding is sold separately. Minimum order: 300 square feet. |
INSTALLATION PROCESS:
Step 1: Preparing the surface. In most cases the surface can be pressure washed
to make it ready for the Cool Pool Deck installation. The surrounding area is also
protected with plastic sheeting and paper.
If the surface, such as an old coating, is too loose. The preparation step will need to
include GRINDING the surface.
Step 2: The base or scratch coat is installed over the clean surface.
This step is essential to achieve an even and consistent finish.
Step 3: The final texture coat is installed over the base coat.
This step is achieved using a "hopper" gun. The texture should be void of lumps.
Step 4: The top coat or paint coat is installed over the texture coat.
